This crazy bulding was designed by the architect Szotynscy Zaleski, who drew inspiration from fairytale illustrations and drawings of Jan Marcin Szancer. The roof is topped with green enamelled shingles that resemble dragon scales, and the curved walls give the building an optical illusion.
