Whether you're an adrenaline junkie or just want to try something new, the Hydro Attack Queenstown experience is a must. Using state-of-the-art technology, you'll be riding a six-metre semi-submersible shark boat that's the ultimate blend of shark and machine.
You'll be inside a 260hp, Seabreacher X watercraft that can accelerate from 0 to 80kms per hour in 3.9 seconds. It can also do vertical leaps 18 feet out of the water, dives up to 5 feet below the surface, 90 degree rolls and tight g-force turns on and in the stunning Lake Wakatipu.

The Cow Restaurant
The Cow Restaurant is one of Queenstown’s oldest restaurants and is a must-visit if you want to enjoy a classic New Zealand meal. The menu offers world renowned pizza, pasta, hot wholebread, soup, salad and fine wines.
The restaurant is located in a historic stone barn on Cow Lane. It’s a great place to have lunch or dinner and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Shopping
Queenstown is known as an outdoor adventurer’s paradise, but there are also some great shopping opportunities here. Whether you’re looking for souvenirs or high-end international stores, there are plenty of options to choose from.
For souvenirs, the Creative Queenstown Art & Craft Market is held every Saturday throughout the year in Earnslaw Park and offers 100% New Zealand made goods. You’ll also find a wide variety of artisan food and drinks to sample.
If you’re in the mood for something a bit more exciting, try one of the many water sports available in Queenstown. Canyoning and whitewater rafting are both popular options and can be enjoyed by the entire family.
